Depending upon your model laptop, you may be able to remove the BIOS password by removing the BIOS battery for 20 mins so the CMOS can completelt discharge, then insert the battery and go to the BIOS configuration and set the Date & Time etc.
If this does not work the the BIOS password is stored on an EEPROM chip and removing the BIOS battery cannot remove this password. There are no backdoor passwords available.

I forgot dell password, i just reset the password by the following steps,
Step1: Download Smartkey Windows Password Recovery Enterprise and install on any available PC.
Step2: Burn Windows password reset CD/DVD or USB to reset lost Windows password.
Step3. Set your locked pc BIOS to boot from CD/DVD-ROM or USB Flash Drive.
Step4. Reset lost Windows password to Re123456 together with the burned CD/DVD or USB Flash Drive.
