Double click on the hard drive icon . It will open and her document folder will be on the left side. Click it and the docs should be there. Also, you can go to the toolbar and click "Go". then click on home in the drop down menu. A window will open up and you will see the document folder.

Download and use Revo uninstaller portable to completely remove the printer software and drivers from your computer.Sometimes the yellow program folder gets left behind as well as the drivers.Use advanced mode..u will see it when you run the revo program.Make sure to choose advanced and delete all registry items(checkmark all) as you go.After you are done,go to your programs folder and make sure any folders associated with the printer software,like HP or whatever the model is,are gone.Then restart your computer and put in the printer cd software,install it,then plug in the printer and it should pick it up and install any other drivers needed.Here is the Revo link http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download_other.html good luck
