Yes , replace the stepper motor inside the instrument cluster . The speedometer sensor as you call it is actually a VSS - vehicle speed sensor. If the transmission shifts good an engine runs good it's not the VSS bad. You have to know how it works to fix it . The VSS is an input to the PCM/ECM - engine computer , The PCM/ECM calculates engine speed then sends this info to the instrument cluster over the serial data communication bus . If you have access, you can export the list, then import it into the new account.
Go to settings, accounts and import, and click import mail and contacts

Go to Google and create a new email account, using the email address and password that you want (not your existing one !). Go to your existing gmail account and forward any emails and contacts you wish to keep to your new account. Make sure everybody who you want to knows your new address.
Run the two accounts in parallel for a while to confirm that you have transferred all the contacts you want, and then simply ignore your old account and let it lapse.
I have yet to find a way to positively delete a gmail, hotmail, or BTmail account without letting it lapse by not using it.

to be honest i have no idea as i will not send cash via internet but prefer to use a cheque by post or straight into a bank account ,only suggestion i can make is to pay a visit with a pick axe handle .This always works for me when non payers abound ,make sure no visitors and cut any phone cables also use a high powered CB radio boots of around 500watts and key up with a whistle noise and this will blank out mobile phone signals with a 100ft range of so .another less violent way is to sit them in a chair with wooden floorboards and then some nails and a big hammer then bang a nail onto the floor next to their feet .the disputed amount soon appears from nowhere .
