You would have to contact your service provide and request them to send you the gprs or internet settings. Once you get the settings pls try and shut down your mobile for a while and then switch it on again..
If problem persist pls try an speak to the customer care exe.

1) remove your sim card from your Cherry Mobile Q6i and after 1-2mins put it back in and after 3-5mins you should be able to receive a text message coming from globe for the setting of your phone GPRS. ( if this won't work try doing step 2)
2) on your phone dial 211 and follow the voice prompt to speak to customer representative so that they will be able to send or guide you on your phone's GPRS settings.
