-Try difference outlet. If it works then the first outlet you plug in has no power.
-You said you already check the breaker. it looks fine.
-Did you do any thing to the breaker or just look...?
-If the outlet that you want to use still has no power then how about try this:
-Open the breaker panel. Flip all breaker off, then flip all on one by one and check again. If you have power now then good. But still have no power then most likely the previous owner or renter disconnect the wires to that outlet from its connector. At the junction box or may be at the breaker.
Good luck

It will shut off if your bag is full. If you are cleaning up fine dust, it will give a false bag full indication. Take the bag out and carefully, shake it down to get the dust out of the filter layers inside. This will let more air flow through the sensor.

SOUNDS LIKE AN ELECTRONIC CONTROL BOARD ISSUE. SOME TIMES UNPLUGGING THE REFRIGERATOR FOR ONE MINUTE AND THEN PLUG IT BACK IN WILL WORK 20 PERCENT OF THE TIME. IT MAY WORK FOR ONE HOUR TO SEVERL YEARS IF THIS WORKS. THIS IS COMMON WITH FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCTS.
SOURCE: is there a reset button?
you need a pro to come in and charge you a arm and a leg..
Just kidding
There is no reset button, but there is a fuse in the back of the unit after the power cord that plugs into the back of the machine. Also, you can reset the system by leaving it unplugged for about 15 minutes. But if you popped a breaker then you blew a fuse and need to replace the fuse, your owners manual should give you a schematics to where the fuse is

SOURCE: I have a Maytag dryer
If you are only getting 120v to the dryer, you still have a breaker tripped. It should be right next to the single pole 30. It takes 2 breakers to get the 240v you need to run the dryer. Try resetting another breaker expecially the ones marked 30amp. You do need to get a double pole breaker installed even for safety reasons.
Testimonial: "Changed the breaker to a double pole and works fine."
