Havent been able to locate many parts online, contact shark at https://www.sharkclean.com/parts-and-accessories/model-number/ to see if they still carry parts for this machine

I checked everywhere on the web and locally, but ended up having to call the cust. service number for the company. 800-798-7395. Option 2 for english. They knew exactly what I needed, and total including shipping is $31.90. Just glad to have found this without any hassle from the company....

Go to the Euro-Pro website and call them. They will eventually send you out what you need. I received this machine as a gift and it came without a foot pedal, power cord or manual. I have since received the power cord and foot pedal (after a year!), but now can't pull the manual up on their website. It's so frustrating. I'm thinking of selling this darn machine as soon as I have everything. I have owned it for a year and a half and haven't even used it!!
