I would contact the installer first and see what they can come up with. Since the Triton system is self contained, there shouldn't be any other factors involved. Do you have their troubleshooting guide?
28487001 is not an electronic shower head made by Hansgrohe. It is an overhead shower head that has no electronic parts. Triton is a completely different company. If you have an electronic shower system by Triton you will need to contact Triton. If you have a Hansgrohe product feel free to contact Hansgrohe at 1-800-334-0455.
hi it sounds as though the thermostat has gone on top of the can assembly, or moreover it has scaled up & the element needs replacing, if thats the case your better off buying a new unit as the cost of the can assembly & the fitting it will be nearly as much, plus witha new unit you'll be getting a 2 yr guarantee?
Just a thought!
