Need more info. What is the make and model of the desktop? Is this showing on the monitor or on something on the PC?

E14 - The Ink cartridges whose destination are wrong.
Corrective action:
Check if supported ink tank(s) is installed, and re-install it properly, and then close the scanning unit.

Sounds like the monitor or video card is going bad. I would try the monitor on another computer and see if it does the same thing. If it does you know the monitor has an issue. If it does not show the E14 then you know the problem is with the Video Card in the computer. To verify that it is the video card, just plug in another monitor and see if it does the same thing with the E14.
