firstly save your all data means creat back up for your memory like music contact images and ms.
then go to setting and last option master reset press ok then your phone will restart.
Check that the centre number is the correct one for the service provider.
Also in the message settings check that it is set to Message send as text. Not as Fax, Paging or E-mail.
try to call yr service provider and tell them the problem. check again the sms service number see if the region code exists or not in front of the number
try to change the setting of the sending profile ... from the sms setting you will find it
i think it's the sms center number...
