If it does not crank, you would need to check for voltage at the starter and battery.
The fuel system would not come into play until after the engine was cranking. And there is no fuel safety switch on GM products.

I would check the starter for voltage first - there is a starter relay that is grounded by the PCM. If the ASD relay is faulty the pcm won't have power. You should have battery power to the starter and power on the solenoid when you turn the key to start.

If the bulb where burnt out the turn signal would flash faster than normal. I can't imagine that all four bulbs would be burnt out as Thomas suggested. This would be the only possible way that the bulbs would cause the turn signals to completely stop working.

Here is what I would suggest. If the turn signal arrows in the dash illuminate along with all the turn signal bulbs but they just don't flash than replace the flasher.

If nothing illuminates than than first male sure that the tunr signal fuses are good. If they are let me know and i'll get you some more diagnostic info. It is still likely the flasher but it isn't that difficult to check out to make sure.

Sounds as though you have thread caught up inside the racer. You can try removing the boobin the turning the balance wheel back just a little to see if you can see a tail of thread caught up around the racer. Dont force the wheel or you can mess up the timing which is a major repair.

A lot of cars, trucks, SUV's, Toyota 4x4's will not start , until COMPLETELY assembled. I have left off just the last air boot between the filter & intake throttle body, & NOTHING. Then sprayed a touch of "starting fluid" & Varooom. It came to life. I checked fuel rail, it checked out, still nothing. I gort angry, had picked up the vehicle cheap, for a quick "flip" for some extra money while the wife was hospitalized. I didn't have any more time to fool with it. Put the boot back on between the filter & throttle body. Put a For Sale sign on it. Turned the key....to turn the whell to roll it down into the yard, & it fired & ran. After scratching my head a while, I took the boot off, NOTHING ELSE, no start.sure it is completely assembled.

if nothing happens when you turn the key the problem is most likely the ignition switch and housing(had mine replaced 3 times already. firstr time at 12,000 miles) what you can try is hit key with rubber mallet while trying to turn but this would only be to get it started so you can drive to a chevy dealer(dont waste your time at any old repair shop for this). Hope this helps.

I know its a little annoying but its useful trust me. The orange light usually means a problem with the power supply. This means WORST CARE SCENARIO you have to replace the power brick but you 99% dont have to get a new xbox.

Most likely that it's faulty. Sometimes it takes awhile before it charges itself, specially it you drained. But if you left it plugged in for a day and still nothing happened then I think it's gone dead.

Try the following though and see if it helps.

1. Press and hold the power for about 10-15 seconds. or
2. Press and hold the power and the Volume up or Volume down at the same time for about 10-15 seconds.

If nothing happens then I suggest you send your tab for a repair.
