The card has a lock on it which must have been disturbed, just take it out and slide it to unlock.

SOURCE: I can't access my menu, a lock icon appears on the

your menu's locked (yellow icon) if it's in green mode. exit the green mode, and you'd get your menu back.

just fyi, since i helped my dad troubleshoot his cam (same model as yours) a while back.

SOURCE: I have a pentax optio M10, and the card is locked.

remove the memory card and there should be a little switch on the side,slide this in the opsite direction to where it is now and that should do it, it sometimes gets moved when you remove the memory card.
