Audiovox Power Adapter Model AD-13D-3 Both cooler fans (one on either endd) have quit working. The green signal light shows there is power going into the Adapter. Screen on the Audiovox T.V. lights up for a few moments then shuts off. I think the adapter would work fine if I could replace the cooling fans. If that is not possible where could I obtain a replacement Adapter?

Had same problem. Found brand new power supply that is original part from website below:

It was about $100 w/ shipping. Took about 4 days to receive. TV works again!!
