please turn your dial 90 degrees in the opposite direction that you usually rotate it and retest other washes after this. If not working, then please power cycle your samsung washer and test the other washer modes again. Otherwise, you might need to setup an in-home assessment with Home Depot.
I should take the top off the machine and follow the mains cable as the terminal block it attaches to the screws may have come loose also if you can get a friend with a multimeter to check the cable for continuity in other words if the cable itself is not faulty eric
Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Sorry but with such a fault it is extremely difficult for anybody on this forum to remotely guess what is wrong with your washer.
It could be internal wiring/plugs sockets, control panel switches, control PCB. I fear that your only real option is a service call as the engineer will have the right equipment to safely diagnose what is wrong.
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

when you push the power button, fan or blower on power supply spinning or not? of not. your problem is power supply, nut if yes... did you hear any beeping sounds?
Perform a reset on the headset. Hold down the mute button (the dial on the back of the headset needs to be pushed straight in), and at the same time hold down the call answer button until you see the green light on the headset blink a few times. Release both the mute button and the call answer button. See if it works now. If it doesn't, try a re-subscription (should be available in the manual).
