I would check and see how much air is actually moving thru the radiator. The fan may not be running fast enough or you may have debris blocking the air flow. Also make sure the system is full of coolant and no air pockets.

if you are having low power issues, i would try removing 1 device at a time to find what unit or device is drawing all the power, one the devices mite be getting to burn up or brake down because it getting old, next thing it maybe a power supply issue, check the power supply and blow the power supply out with a can of air, and blow some air threw the cpu fan too, see if the fan in the power supply moving enough air, if it is slow that a good sign that the power supply is the main issue. know if you are a gamer than you need to think about a different type of power supple all together. Sounds like your cooling fans on the radiator are not working. The fans are activated by a thermol switch on the engine or radiator reading the coolant temperature and an A/C switch. When the coolant is too hot the fans should activate cooling the system down. And, when the A/C is on the fans should also activate in order to cool the condensate so the A/C would work.

When you are driving, the movement of the vehicle throught he air is providing enough air flow to keep things cool and functional.

I would check the radiator fan fuse or fuses first. If those are OK I would try to run the fans with 12 volts and a ground that I supply just to see if the fan motor(s) actually run when powered. If the fan don't run when powered then the fans are bad and will need to be replaced. If the fans do run when you power them manually, then something is not allowing the power to activate, like a relay, control unit, or wiring.

It will take a little diagnostics, but it is not too difficult to chase it down.

-try adding additional fan in the casing -in adding fan make sure that you have a blower fan and a exhaust fan where in air can get in and out inside the case.
-add thermal paste/grease between the processor and the heat sink. it is often used to aid the processor's thermal or heat transfer via heat sink. -you can also add blower fan in the chipset of the motherboard -you can also add heatspreader in the memory. -check the power supply if you are getting enough power -having too much power may result in over heating and may damage the devices -having less power may result slow system and bad performance.

Have you checked the fans? Most desktops have a fan on the rear near the power cord thats part of the power supply, and a 2nd one on the CPU. You should feel air moving or be able to see the fans running (flashlight might be helpful). Sounds like a fan isn't running and the system gets hot after 5 min and shuts off. You should be able to remove the side cover and turn it on and see if the processor fan is running. Computer stores will have processors fans, power supply fans are usually not replaceable and you'll have to replace the whole supply.

Speed is not a factor in moving air. You can move air with a little fan that runs real fast or you can move the same amount of air with a big fan that moves slow.

It is the pitch of the blades that moves air. Big blades with steep pitch moving slow are comparable to little blades with shallow pitch that move fast.

It seems to me someone is trying to baffel you with bull**** when they tell you CFM = watts or something similar.

The real question is, is the fan moving the air necessary to achieve the result you desire? If yes, speed is not really a factor.

Sounds like you have a bad capacitor for your squirrel cage fan , now as for the a/c unit sounds like you have a direct short in compressor to ground or leg to leg , check all wiring to make sure that it is not grounding out or melted together.

the Freezer Fan needs replacing. This fan supplies air to the freezer and the refrigerator. If it is rotating to slow it will not move enough air to cool refrigerator but will still keep the freezer cold. That is why the diagnostic is so hard to detect, because on average when the DC motor on the fan deteriorates the rpms decrease. Replacing the fan is labor intensive. The fan cost is about $80.00 for the part.

it is depend up on the power supply connector and it will give the output according to the smps you can do one thing try with installing other fan and see is it in perfect rotation. bye
