How to Change Toshiba TV Language to English

Since the TV has been set in a foreign language, you might have trouble identifying what's written on your TV. In that case, you might have to take a note of the type and number of keys pressed in the below steps.

1. On your Toshiba TV's remote, press the Menu button.
2. Then press the Menu buttons on your remote two times. This will take you to the Settings page.
3. Press the OK button your remote to confirm your selection.
4. Now tap the Down button on your remote once to go to the Language menu and press the OK button.
5. The first option will be the language selection menu and that will be selected by default.
6. So just use the "Left" or "Right" button on your TV remote to English (or any other language of your choice).
7. You may now hit the Exit button on your remote to close the Settings option.

you may have changed your primary language to russian.
regardless of the language used, you may still be able to find the setting to change it back, since the locations of the settings would not have changed..
if you use google chrome, you could easily ask it to translate the page automatically back to english for you.. and then navigate to My Account - Settings - Language - & choose english as your primary language.

Go to settings and scroll down and see if you can find English. I did this on mine a while back. I had to go to the internet and look up my model and instructions and then where to find settings / languages and then see what buttons to press and count how many languages down the list to find English. Alternatively, go to google translations. It can tell you what the words are in English to Russian.

I would use a free translation program from the internet to translate words so you can locate in the menu the setting to change
