I have a konica minolta c450 copier and I was thinking about buying a IC-402 external fiery. I've read that it helps the color quality of a colored document or for printing pictures. I really need better quality printing from my km c450. Please Advice. Thanks.

Did you set it up to scan to email. info such as authentication, smtp server, valid email address use the copier web page to install this info.

Well you need to log in as administrator reset the IP address the mask and gateway. it is still on the old net work and was set as static IP address which mean it not set up for DHPC

When you installed the driver did you check the boxes for the installed options? Plus you may have to check the box for saddle unit. Hope this helps.

You have to have a fiery unit (external controler) to use the C350 With a Mac because the c350 dosnt come with appletalk in the software. IC-401 Is the model number of the controller you will need to connect the c350 to any kind of mac for printing / scanning.

Hello a Fiery print controller is basically a computer, which needs to be rebooted once a week to get rid of temp. files. Try shutting down each fiery every Friday and restarting Monday morning and your problems will be resolved. What model Fiery's do you have (IC-408, IC-901),? let me know which model and I can see if their is a patch to correct this issue. [email protected] PS: I am full line KonicaMinolta dealer
