If you forgot you can generate master code using your IMEI, which can be viewed by pressing *#06# and keying that in the link mentioned below,,

Dont know how, Sanyo software should do it. I saved my contacts to SIM, then put the sim in my new phone. mabye that would work. Cheers.

I looked for my Software CD which I put into a computer and I put a cable to a fone from a PC then there a options I choosed in the PC about my fone like format,it worked the it asked me for a new Phone lock then I skiped that step

go to your nearest service center and unlock your fone....u need the box and software to open your fone.....sorry m8

Hey, you can try this reset code on the phone.

1. remove your simcard
2 type *2767*3855# ALL DATA WILL BE LOST.

If the phone is locked with firmware then the code wont work.

Removal of security lock will remove your data in the phone. If the data is important then copy it. You may access the files without inseting sim into it and allow it to start without simcard. Then press the keys- 3,*,green send key and power on switch at a time and hold it pressed for sometime. Phone will reset to it's inital setting and ask you for setup. Give it necessary setting and your security code will be changed to default 12345. Is it fixing your prob. then say it to FIXYA....

Is it on vibrate? Even if sound is up, if your phone setting is on vibrate you will not get playback sound.
