Wii Sports Crashes After Deleting A Mii

Every time I delete a Mii via the Mii Channel, then try to play a two or more player game in Wii Sports, I get the usual message that a Mii has been deleted from the player list but then the system crashes.

The only way to turn the console off is via the wall.

The only fix I can find is to delete the entire Wii Sports save file data !!! And therefore lose everybodys stats !!!!

Any help would be appreciated!

How do u delete people from wii fit plus!? ive deleted them as a mii but guests took there places and i want to add me dad and bff

To delete a Wii Fit character, select the character you wish to delete in the wii fit screen. Your options should be next to them in the performance graph. One of the options there will delete them from the game.
Deleting the Mii character only deletes the Mii, but the personal data remains for each game.

Want to delete all the mii's that are on my system and start fresh again

Go to the Mii channel (it's right next to the button for playing a game). Grab each Mii by pressing A & B simultaneously. Then drag it to the Delete Mii button on the left hand corner of the screen.

How do i an mii on wii system

You must get to the Mii channel, its to the right from the disk channel.
When you made a Mii, get to a game that can do something with it. (example: Wii Sports) Choose a Mii to use, and youre ready for play!

Need to delete password protected mii from wii fit.

We had the same problem. Removing the Mii from the Mii Channel kept a generic Mii character in Wii Fit so we still had a problem. After about 3 failed attempts at a password, Wii Fit will ask for a height verification. Start making guesses as to what the person's height is and eventually you will get access and from there you can get into their Profile in Wii Fit and delete them.

Can a mii character in wii sports suddenly lose its skill level?

My guess is that she changed the character before putting it in mii parade. The same situation happened to me, however if you simply put them in mii parade without changing it should be fine. It does note too when you put someone into mii parade that it has the potential to lose data, so it seems unfixable as of yet.

Best of luck,

Wii's quantum of solace messing up

This is in both a temporary and permanent fix. In order to surpass deleting my file over and over I went to mii channel and changed his appearance by at least three different factors each time (I.E. take off glasses, different nose, and different hair). However after 6(?) times of doing this it was fixed permanently. I have played on several occasions and do not have to change it one bit.

Additionally, you will gather rank points even when you change your mii seeing as it is still the same person.

Happy Shooting

How do I delete and add other Mii's

This process only deletes Miis so that you can add new ones,
up to a maximum of 8.

Nintendo provides no advance notice that there is a limit of 8 players.

1. Go to the Wii Fit screen displaying all of your current Miis.
2. Select the Mii you want to delete.
3. Keep hitting the A button to go through all the extraneous jazz-ma-tazz nintendo inflicts upon us
until you come to the calendar page with the options BODY TEST and TRAINING at the bottom.
On this page you will see USER SETTINGS in the upper right-hand corner.
4. Select the USER SETTINGS page (push the A button).
5. Select DELETE USER DATA (push the A button).
6. Select YES to confirm that you want to erase the data.

I found this process very counter-intuitive as it required me to select the Mii that I wanted to delete,
then act as if I were going to use this Mii, before giving me an option to manage the settings for that Mii.

The process for using a memory card to save Miis has been impossible so far.
I purchased a Wii memory card, but cannot figure out how to bring the data from the memory card
back into the Wii Fit game.
