I have an HTC T-Mobile Wing phone. The phone has a picture caller ID and on it is a photo of my friend Steve. Every time he calls me his photo shows up on my phone’s caller ID.
How can I transfer this photo to my PC so I can print it.?
Is there an expert computer store or someone I can pay to have them transfer the photo to a pc file ? I don’t want to accidentally lose this file
If you do not have data cable and computer software you can do this job at any phone or computer repair shop for a small fee. Ask to transfer the data into a memory card, an usb stick or a cd support.
Unless you have the data cable for the phone you can bring it to a cellphone repair center to have them retrieve the file. That is is you have the file saved on your phone. Although on some cell providers the file is part of the incoming voice call. If this is the case then the file is not retrievable.
Plz check the memory card of the phone the picture should be there, when you find the picture, you have to load the software which come with the mobile to you pc and connect the phone and transfer the file to the pc.
Have you tried connecting the phone to your PC with a USB cable. Once that is done the contents of the phone's flash memory should show up in Windows Explorer or My Computer. From there you should be able to see a pictures folder or something similar with all your pictures. You will them be able to see your friend's picture and copy it to a location on your PC. Once this is done then you will be able to do whatever you wish to it including printing it.
