Xbox 360 three red lights flashing on the circle

Is there three red lights???? or a complete circle???? Three lights is the red ring of death. Four red lights or a circle is either a bad a/v cable (try a different one) or a bad hard drive....(try taking it off of the side when power is off then turn it on.).

if that happens make sure all the connections in the back of your xbox 360 are connected and if it is still flashing red its probably the red ring of death and thats were three rings are flashing red so if its like that your going to have to send your xbxo 360 into microsoft

ppl call it the circle od death, not sure if theres a quick fix or if it needs to be sent away for repair

there is a common occurrence of total failure in Xbox 360 the 'red ring of death', where three of the red lights on the console flash, and the console locks up. there is a recall and repair for the failure that extends to 3 years from purchase, many xbox 360 have been repaired more than once under this plan, my son's has.

MS will not repair the xbox if it has been opened they will suggest that the failure is caused by any modification, take photographs of the console before placing it in the shipper MS will send you for the repair, they will damage it, you will need proof
