Lights on woofer blink green for second than no lights at all

Little late I know, but.. when you power off the tv it SHOULD turn off about 25 seconds later. Assuming thats how you have it hooked up is directly to the tv.

Hi there hope someone can advise me! Bought a used boston soundbar tvee 20 and discovered the subwoofer stays on for a short while then goes off displaying a solid red light! I have tried everything thing...

I have sub woofer that works the same way. It is always on "idle" but when it detects an input it switches over to fully powered status and green light goes on. When I turn off receiver or whatever, it takes a tad for the unit to power down and go back into "idle" mode with a red light. .

AVR-1912 & no subwoofer

It sounds like the sub has an auto power mode, hence why it switches to red (off), so your system will not detect it. If there is any control to switch it on all the time do so and try it again. It must be green all the time during the test.

The Ground wire is hooked up right but the red light wont go off and stay green so the amp will work. It is very frusterating all the cables are the right size its is a 1000 watt amp. I have two 500 watt...

Sounds to me like the amp is going into protection mode. Try placing one sub on the amp with very little gain. One of the biggest reason why this happens is because the subwoofers are wired wrong. What is the brand and model number for your amp?

AR SW-30 subwoofer doesn't switch to standby mode when off

Disconnect its input cable to see if a true lack of signal lets it go to sleep. If not, it has a bug. Otherwise, you probably have some sort of signal present on the sub cable.

Is the light on the infinity basslink suppose to be red or green

Hello jmw3031,

The Basslink should have both a red power LED and a green servo LED. The red LED should be on when power is applied. The green servo LED should only come on during high-level bass transients. Turn the gain down slightly if it stays on for extended periods.

Hope this helps.
