Try the following link: http://www.fossil.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/StaticView?langId=-1&storeId=12052&catalogId=10052&page=Instructions&nav=custCareNav
There are several different Big Tic instructions available.

I also have an Adidas watch, but cannot find a replacement.
Unfortunately, very unique for the contours around the body of the watch. Where can I find a replacement watchband?

back screws off (you can get the correct tools or bodge with opened long nose pliers)
battery is GP377 50-99p each, you need 2, the 'seconds tic' will **** juice and last about 6 months, the time one will last 12 months + so buy 3-4 batteries.
