2002 intrepid 2.7 Im getting no crank from the starter and I dont hear the fuel pump kicking on when the ignition key is turned on, I do get power to the radio and dash, Ive checked fuses and replaced relays, Ive checked inline fuses, dont know what else to do

check for bad connections from battery to starter and battery to ground . May just need tightened.

Could have faulty starter relay that provides crank signal voltage to starter when key is turned to start. Assume the no voltage to plugs or fuel pump performed when jumping the starter directly at the starter. Was the key turned to run position? Needs to be or no power to rest of system.

Does the starter crank the engine over? If so, check for spark on a spark plug wire when cranking. If you have a strong blue spark, ignition is probably good. Check fuel pressure. Do you hear the fuel pump turn on for 2 seconds when turning key to on?

Do you mean it cranks but won't start?
Check for spark at a spark plug wire. If you have spark, it's probably not the ignition, but a fuel issue. Do you hear the pump come on briefly when key is turned to on? You may need to stand by the gas tank with the cap off, while someone turns the key on. The pump should hum or whirr for about 2 seconds to prime the fuel system. Then it will shut off until car is cranked over. If the pump and the ignition is working, check fuel pressure.
If you had no spark, it could be the coil, or crank position sensor, or...well, you would have to diagnose the ignition system.
If the problem is not cranking over, check all connections at starter and battery for a clean tight connection. Check for power at the starter solenoid when key is held in crank position. If power there, the solenoid must be bad. If no power the circuit from ignition switch to the starter solenoid has a problem ( like the starter relay or the neutral safety switch).

Those are known for having the fuel pump go out. Take the gas cap off, open the little steel door with a screwdriver and have someone turn the key forward, not cranking it over, just turn it until all the dash lights come on and see if you can hear the fuel pump kick on for about 2 seconds. You definitely need 2 people to do this. If you can hear the fuel pump then its probally not getting spark.

turn ignition key go back of car you should be able to hear a humming sound under neath car if you don't hear anything your fuel pump is bad or disconnect fuel line from injectors and try to crank car if the area is wet pump is working

Sounds more like fuel pump. No residual pressure for start up and high resistance in motor windings to keep it pumping.
Get a pressure tester hook it up to schrader valve on fuel rail before cranking and measure residual pressure. Next crank engine and let it run and see what running pressure is. Compare it to spec's.
Quest way to check pump is to put key in ignition turn just to on position .You should hear the pump buzz.

First unhook the battery for about a half hour to reset the computer.
does that have anti-theft on it.
a remote starter ?
second either swap the relays for the starter and fuel pump or replace them outright.
when you bypass the relay to get it to crank... will it start ?

if that radio is of the anti-theft variety make sure you know the code and how to enter it

Battery or starter. Sometimes the battery will have enough power to activate fuel pump and dash lights but not enough to turn starter.

check gas flow there is a little valve stem on the gas rail. if no gas then the fuel pump is gone see if you can hear it turn on when you turn key to the red lights in dash no sound try leaving key on and kick the tank fuel pump could be stuck.
