I have an LG Venus 8800 in pink. When I recieve picture messages, it won't download them, and it won't let me send picture messages. Also, when I go to my Get It Now menu, I can select Music & Tones, Pictures & Video, Games, News & Info, Tools on the Go or Extras, then select get new ringtones, etc. then it just takes me to a blank menu, where it should say Get New Applications, it says nothing. How do I fix this so I can get the phone to download VZW Tone Delux, so I can customize my ringtones, and so it will recieve/send & download picture messages.

Hello kylie... begin by unplugging the phone from the charger if indeed it is plugged in. Then remove the battery and leave it without the battery for 2 full minutes. This action will cause it to reset itself. After you put the battery back in check it out for the misising functions. If there are still problems, take your phone to the phone store for their factory reset. Joe

My lg envy touch wont recieve or send a picture message, it says its connecting for a little bit and then says message deliverary failed, and it says this after each time resending or trying to recieve it....
you have to ask your carrier to open your gprs/mms. some cellphones automatically opens the mms thats why most users doesn't know that we have to make a request to our carriers to open our mms so that we would be able to receive picture messages.

Lg km900at wont send or recieve picture messages
you have to check if your mms service settings is in order and the phone you are trying to send to must also be configured in a way that it can recieve picture messages before you can send a picture message.

ya you can call at&t and thay will give u a code to do a master rest that u tipe as a number

Hello,
First diagnose the problem using the reset button or change to other profile. Is voice coming through Music player??? If its not coming then there is problem in internal stereo speaker. Just repair to service center.

Lg vx9900 question
you cannot load ringtones through the data cable. you need to send them to your phone as an attachment from an email address. from your email address attach what ever sound file you want to use as a ringtone and send it to (your 10 digit phone # @vzwpix.com) once you receive the message you will have to press options and save file. make sure to save the file as a ring tone. some phones will only let you save certain types of files as ringtones so you'll have to experiment with that. this is true for most all vzw phones
