Is this for live sound? You can use your aux outputs as sends if you're not using them for monitors and return to spare channels. If any units are being used for only one channel, either run them in-line (use the effect unit's wet/dry settings) or use the channel's direct out and return to a spare channel.

If one effect is applied to several channels you could put those into a sub group, take that sub output to the unit and return the 100% wet mix to a spare channel.

Be careful not to send the return channels back to any auxiliaries you're using for effects.

How do you use a four way footswitch

Need more info. What kind of foot switch and what are you hooking it up to. For guitar they are used for switching distortion to clean on 1 switch, one for reverb, one for chorus, and possibly 1 for bypass. All depending on the amp you use, and what effect the amp has built in it. Some amps only have clean and destortion which make the other channels on the footswitch useless. Hope this helps.

Line 6 how do i get it to work

Line 6 connected to AC power and LED showing power to unit. Guitar into effect input, effect output to guitar amp. Does guitar make sound through amp in bypass mode? No then check cables...yes then use foot switch to turn Line 6 effects unit on. Adjust control knobs for desired effect levels/settings.

If pedal provides no switch defective or internal electronics in need of repair.

I've only had my Marshall MG102FX combo a few months and I love it, but lately it has been cutting out while I'm playing, towards the end of our set (normally about 2 hours after switching...

NEVER CONNECT PEDALS THROUGH THE EFFECT LOOP OF AN AMP. They are NOT design to work at the same signal levels !!! ONLY use effect units that are design to be used in amp effects in the amp effects loop/

I purchased this light in August of 2010. By November of 201, the bulbs began to flicker off and on. I replaced them with new bulbs and the same thing is happening. Is there something I can do to get this...

VERY COMMON problem of the bi-pin Halogen lamps... The SOCKETS are subject to very high heat and lose the temper of the spring contacts which heat, oxidize and fail. It is a FATAL thing with the sockets. They have to be replaced.

Here one source for sockets... remember to get one for your particular lamp... this link is for a particular base so you may have to go to the home of this company.

ALSO search Ebay for "socket XXXX" where XXXX is the lamp number.

I'm not satisfied with the built in effects of my PMP 5000. Can I hook up an external effect and if so,how.

Depending on whether you want the external effects to be on everything or just a single mic input, you connect them to the power amp "insert" or the insert for the mic you want it on.

Looping it out on multiple mics would be tricky, but you could send the units effects into one of the monitor outputs only by selecting a "non-effects" setting in the unit and sending internal effects to one of the monitor outs, and then looping it back into another input to join the mix.

Set up my two 15"mains/ and one 18"sub.

This unit will put out around 400 Watts a side. PLENTY !

If you want a sub, either get a powered one or an amp for it and run off the MON output.

CAUTION: NEVER permit the speaker cable to be removed or interrupted whilc power is on... you will arc out the rear most amp in the unit... I know... I fix them... There si a bit of weak insulation that can arc through on a circuit board.

If you ever have a fuse blow, DO NOT replace it, you will do further damage inside the unit... take it for service.
