That is caused by a signal level that is too low for the tv to decode correctly.
Either the cable that is used to connect the player to the tv is damaged and it will have to be replaced or (if the cable replacement hasn't helped) the video output of the player is defective. That is something only a dealer's repair shop can fix - the replacement parts involved can't be obtained anywhere else and without them the player can't be repaired by anyone.

Cinemin swivel small light dots

Mine did the same thing and about the same tine last year. I finally took the swivel apart and got the following numbers off of the light bulb module, "L959 A1009 1564" and "FLW A1009 0787".
Tried googling the number and got nothing. Wowee says that there are not supporting the swivel and did not offer any help. cinemin-swivel-small-light-dots-hbetxv1eg5wyohukrtvklgxw-1-1.jpg cinemin-swivel-small-light-dots-hbetxv1eg5wyohukrtvklgxw-1-4.jpg

My InFocus IN76 just started displaying yellow and white dots.

are the dots pixelated or blurred? if they are pixelated, you have a dmd chip issue and will have to replace the whole optical engine. if they are blurred, it is an optics problem, most likely the colorwheel. that can be replaced individually. you can get parts from an infocus service center or send it in to one for repair. either way, try av solutions in ny. they're really good. www.avsolutionsny.com

Colors print blurred

I had that problem too. The weird thing was if I printed in black and white, the printing was fine. For me it looks like it was a new defective photoconductor unit. When I stuck the old one back in, no problem but my old one was producing 4 color dots all the way down the middle of the page. I went on eBay and brought a re-manufactured one (buy at your own risk) and the color printing was perfect again.

Blurred on right side but fine on left

Difficult to say, but it sounds like you may have somehow dislodged a mirror, or somehow contaminated the optical section. You'll probably need to have it looked at.
