Error dl f: door will not lock to start wash

This is obviously a door lock/switch assembly failure. The fault code FdL flashes if the door locking routine fails, after six attempts, to lock the door. You should hear the door lock clicks six times before the fault code flashes. Replacing the door lock/switch assembly is the only viable solution and it's a do-it-yourself repair. You only need a pair of needle-nose pliers to stretch the door gasket retaining hoop and a Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the screws securing the door lock/switch assembly to the front panel.
