You have a frozen drain. You need to remove the back panel in the freezer. Do not touch anything behind the panel and don't poke anything. You need to remove as much ice from the bottom as you can. Then use boiling water to pour in the bottom section under the evaporator,I would put a towel in the unit to help catch the water. Keep adding new hot boiling water until the drain clears up and the water starts to drain. It can take a while sometimes the whole tube will freeze. You can add a duckbill to the end of the drain hose behind the unit to help stop this from happening part number 8055306 Just push it on the end of the drain line.
