The bottom of the freezer is filled with frozen water. Also, there is an occasional water leakage found on the floor at the front side below the freezer door. Do you have any advise on how can I find the leak? Thank you.

This can be the drain of the auto defrosted water that is overflowing from the collection tank. This is normally located at the bottom of the fridge and a little above the compressor in some cases.
So you will need to move the fridge forward to check on the bottom side of the back of the fridge.
The water can be drained out of the tank and reset.

When you say collection tank are you referring to the tray at the bottom? I've never heard of a side by side fridge with a collection tank.

I need to stop water from getting on the floor of the freezer?

Brand name of unit? Top freezer, side by side, or bottom? Icemaker or no icemaker? You may have a frozen drain line from the freezer to the drain pan. You could have an uneven unit causing water to go towards the front instead of the back. There could be a hole in the drain pan. The icemaker fill tube could be frozen/freezing or icemaker is failing causing splashing/overflowing.

Water is leaking out from the bottom of the freezer

Below the freezer coil is a drain trough. Sounds like it is frozen. Use a hair drier to melt it and poor baking soda with warm water down it.

Kenmore side by side with water occasionally leaks water at bottom front. About every 2nd day. Whzt could cause this?

Most cases, your freezer evaporator drain hole is frozen, every time it goes into defrost, water backs into the bottom of the freezer and leak on the floor. Try turn off the freezer for approx. 48hrs with door open, afterward turn it back on, most cases it will reset by it self, if no,t check door gasket, evaporator fan motor or debris in the drain hole. Good Luck.

Water and ice in bottom of freezer, occasional water on floor

I believe your defrost condensate pan below the evaporator is blocked with ice and now when defrost happens the water pours over the tray and to the bottom of the freezer. You will need to defrost the ice in the collector tray and the pour a solution of hot water and clorox to make sure the water ends up in the condensate pan below your refrigerator. So unplug the refrigerator remove the panel and let me know what you find. I have some more solutions depending on what you see is happening. Thanks, Sea Breeze

Water frozen in bottom of freezer. after frozen over bottom will come out into floor in front of freezer door help!!! will get ice out of bottom of freezer and no water in floor . there is a hole in back...

follow the floor to back and you will find a trough with a hole in the center..it's clogged..a semi stiff wire or I use flexible tubing and run it down the hole to clear blockage..run hot water down it to check it is clear.

icemaker is iver filling and running down through the freezer, some of the water runs out into the floor since the door gasket does not provide an water proof seal just an air tight seal

the ice maker can be adjusted, remove the cover off the frount of the icemaker and back the screw on the right side so that the indicator in the middle is twards the minus sign and you need to clear the frozen water out of the freezer drain pan so it can go to the drain pan down at the compressor
it might take a few adjustments on the ice maker to get it right

Water leaking onto floor

Angels, sounds like your defrost drain is frozen over. When the refrigerator is going into defrost it's draining through the front instead of the drain pan. You can remove the shelves and peel off the back cover and clear the drain by pouring hot water on the frozen drain hole. If you have a baster of some sort you could try to squirt the hot water through the venting on the bottom of the panel. Another way to to point a hair dryer on the drain hole. The best method is to remove the shelves and panel and make sure the drain is clear. Catriver..post back.
