Please ensure that the Lexmark X75 printer driver is properly installed on your computer. You can download and install the X75 printer driver by visiting the Lexmark website at http://bit.ly/iSpJjv. Select your operating system, download and execute the file. Follow the instructions on your computer screen.
Note: The Lexmark X75 printer is not compatible with Vista and Windows 7.

I can't see where the ink cartridges are on my Lexmark X74-X75

It is beneath the scanner. Lift the scanner and there should be a lid beneath that as well. Opening it will reveal the toner cartridges.

I lost the disk to my scanner

Visit the Lexmark download site: http://downloads.lexmark.com/perl/downloads/downloads.cgi?ccs=229:1:0:0:0:0

Under search by model, enter your model: X75
On the next page, select your operating system from the drop-down menu (most likely Windows XP).
On the next page, under Choose another Download Type 'Driver' should be selected. If not, change it to be.
Click the red 'Download now' link below on the page.

That will download the driver, allowing you to install your scanner.

Lexmark x75 printer/scanner

This printer/scanner, hooks up to the computer via USB. The USB cable goes into the back of the printer on the right hand side (opposite side from the power supply). The status blinking could indicate either; 1. No paper 2. No or very little, ink.
