The "F0" error code description is a stock function key. Here are basic test that will help you to determine if the ERC or touchpad is defective.

1. Unplug the range power cord or turn the power off to the range at the circuit breaker.

2. Gain access inside the control panel.

3. Disconnect the touch pad (also called keypad or membrane switch) ribbon from the ERC.

4. Make sure there are no lose wires, or anything else that may cause a short when power is turned back on. Assemble the control panel back the way it was.

5. Turn the power back on.

6. Wait for at least one hour to see if the code comes back.

7. If F0 comes back, replace the ERC. If it does not, replace the touch pad.

Hope it helps.

I have a Dacor ERD48SCH/NG oven/range. Accidentally changed the clock time to military (24-hour) time, and now can't figure out how to change it back. How do I change back to regular 12-hr time?

Step 1 Locate the "Clock" button on the display. The display is located above the oven door. It clearly shows the time and has settings for temperature, time and cooking.
Step 2 Press and hold the "Clock" button until the time starts to blink.
Step 3 Set the time with the number pad. Ignore the colons and enter the number straight through. For example, if the current time is 10:08, just type 1-0-0-8.
Step 4 Set AM and PM by pressing the "#" button. Press "Start" to finish.

Dacor model ersd30 how do i fix an F0 error code that also blinks F1 and beeps

Hi dan8260,

If you're encountering F0 error code, it is due to a stuck function key. You need to replace the touch pad to fix this error. If the touch pad is part of the clock, you need to replace the clock or ERC.

Hope it helps.

I have a Dacor double oven that gives a error message of F0 and then shuts itself off.I don't have the manual so I don't know what this error code means or how to fix it.HELP!

F0 means shorted keypad or stuck key on keypad.
Solution: The membrane aka keypad has to be replaced.
There's a slight chance that the ERC aka oven controller is acting up also.
So safest bet replace both, ERC and membrane.

A code appears on my Dacor oven/stove that reads FO, what does it mean?

Hi bevtrust,

The error code that appears on your Dacor oven is about a stuck function key which refers to F0 error code. To fix this problem, you need to replace the oven's touch pad. If the touch pad is part of the clock, you need to replace the clock or ERC.

Hope it helps.

Dacor 48" range, double oven. ovens do not work. Letters FO appear on the display. Any suggestions?

F0 means: Clock pushbutton is stuck in a depressed position. Check clock buttons. You might need a new touch pad.

Dacor oven beeps and shows F1 code

-F1- Alarm “System Watchdog Circuit”
The system will detect a failure in the internal watchdog element relay circuits and will activate a
cancel feature. F1 will be displayed in the time digits and will beep until the cancel button or another
function is selected. An F1 failure could be detected in cook or time of day mode. With an F1 failure
the ERC is picking up a command to supply heat without receiving an input from the membrane. The
watch dog circuit is designed to prevent this.
If the beep continues after pressing cancel check the main control (ERC)

PCS 130 Keypad

Dacor probably won't cover anything. F1 is either the touch pad or ERC (clock). If it stops beeping when the touch pad is uplugged from the ERC then the touch pad is the problem if not it is the ERC. Call Dacor Customer service to get a price on the parts and to voice your displeasure.

Error codes on my Dacor Range -

Both of those codes suggest a bad membrane switch assembly. i dont specifically remember what the f1 error is, but the f0 error is "stuck membrane button" The membrane switch is just the touch panel, and usually run in the mid $200 range for the part. Its fairly easy to change, just label all your wires when you pull em off so you know what direction they go in. some of the connectors CAN BE put on backwards, so just make a good diagram or whatever to get em right. Good luck!
