We've just bought this scooter on eBay and the seller doesn't have a manual or anything with it. We've not had one before so we thought you could maybe help us to obtain one?

I saw one on Ebay today. http://www.ebay.com/itm/24V-350W-Motor-Controller-Scooter-ATV-Bike-/130593468857?pt=Other_Vehicle_Parts&hash=item1e67fa31b9&vxp=mtr
- Searched Toymonster ATV. Check with seller first as I can't confirm it's the right controller.
If this purchase was through ebay, go to the ebay page under purchase history, and (under your purchase) contact seller to make them aware of the problem. If you still don't hear from them (or have already done that) then under the same listing, click resolve a problem. It will contact seller for you and create a case (I am assuming this was listed as a working item) for item not as described. There is a link below for creating a case. I would also recommend using the ebay learning center to go through the other policies when you make purchases on ebay.
eBay and PayPal charge fees to sellers. eBay charges the seller fees, usually it's 9% of the final sale price plus shipping. But the seller can get the final value fee back if he/she will file the cancel transaction case. You will just need to agree to it once it's filed by the seller. With regard to PayPal, they charge 2.5% of the total receiving amount. But the seller can contact PayPal for credit once there is a reversal of payment, a refund.
Since it's not your fault, the seller do not need to charge you anything. If you will have problems with the seller, you can report the seller and can leave negative Feedback (within 60 days since the date of purchase)
Hi, I just bought one of these second and and the top half heats up but the bottom doesn't. The seller said heat is only meant to come out the top - I've tried to search for manufacturer to find out if she's telling the truth but to no avail - can you help?
Go back to the seller. If it was listed as new and does not work, the seller should either repair, replace, or refund. Note--you may need to get eBay involved in case the seller refuses to address the issue. EBay will refund your money and reverse the charge to the seller.
