My camera keeps flashing on the monitor

Hi,
I think your problem is "when you trying to view the captured video in the monitor you have only got the flashing monitor" Just check your cable and memory. If you don't have enough memory or else if you have any wire problem then you may get this type of flashing monitor.

How do I fix a flashing monitor?

Your monitor is bad and needs to be replaced. Try connecting another monitor to the computer just to verify that it is the monitor and not the video card inside the computer. Borrow a monitor from a neighbor, friend, relative or co-worker and connect it to the computer. If the Borrowed monitor displays without flashing, then your video card is good but your original monitor is bad. If the Borrowed monitor flashes the same way as your original monitor then your video card inside the computer is bad.

Monitor flashing at startup

When the monitor is flashing, is the flashing coming from the middle and going up and done to fill the screen. If so, probably capacitors in the monitors power supply are leaking and need replacing.

Monitor flashes on and off!

Sounds like you have a bad connection from your monitor to your computer. First check and make sure the connection between them is tight. Does your computer boot up and run though? If your computer is not booting up the monitor will default back to the flashing green power light
