I cracked my install cd and can not load on my new computer...help I do not like the other versions or print shop I need my deluxe 21 version

Hi,I looked into this for you and listed below you'll find all you need to get a replacement disk,hope I've helped......

If the 90-day warranty has passed and you wish to receive a replacement, please provide the following mandatory items
1. A personal check or money order for $10.95(USD) per disc requested.
2. The disk containing the defect.
3. A letter or card with your full name and return mailing address
4. A reason for the replacement request
