Hi, not a solution but that is exactly what is happening to my T10 as well. It just started working this way yesterday and I don't know how to fix it. When I want to change a song, I have to slide the power switch so that I'm nearly turning it off to change a song. As well as that, I can see the 'lock' symbol on my screen even when I don't put my T10 on hold. Someone please help?
youre using Samsung Media Studio 5 right?
what i do is
1 unplug T10
2 right click video file
3 left click Convert file
4 select save folder you will remember
5 select service model T10
6 click convert
7 drag and drop the .svi into video folder on T10 in explorer
It converts videos directly to Samsungs svi format. Only thing you have to remember is to change the right Samsung version from the Options menu (in my case it is Samsung YP-T10). After conversion you can copy your svi videos directly to Samsungs video folder.
Turn on your T10, click any song and touch the third button on the top row (button that is a box with two lines in the middle). then move down to play speed. Then make sure it is on 1.0. :D
plug it into your usb port on the computer. go to 'start' 'my computer' click on the new drive it shows, which will be the mp3 open the mp3 player files, click on video , files, music, or whaterver it is you want to delete. The files will show........click on the one you want to delete and hit 'delete' on your keyboard......done.
plug your Yp-t10 with the usb, and then go to the samsung media programme and from there push the ETC next to the other icons on portable part , and list of files comes up. then press recorded files, press the file u want to delete and that's it
