F3 means heating system problem.
Parts to be tested are thermostats, heater, wiring and main control module. Thermostats and heater are tested reading impedance on parts. Testing is done removing the part from the appliance and reading impedance with multimeter. The control module is tested reading voltages and checking the heater relay on control module. Heater and thermostats are located at the bottom side of the appliance, the control module is part of the door assembly. Testing must be done by a trained technician.

F3 indicates a Heating System Defect.
Heater or relay on control board defect.
Also check cabling.
These machines are notorious for bad connections.
The control board can also suffer from corrupt software. The eprom can be reprogrammed with the right equipment.
