Ok my problem is that when me Compaq Armada M700 PC Notebook boots up it goes to where the login thing is supplsed to show up but it done show up it will just restart after a few secionds

During the boot process hit F8 and then try the last known good configuration. If that doesn't work do the same process and see if you can get into windows in safe mode.

I see that you are experiencing an issue with windows booting up and that it just restartrs all of a sudden.

well something in windows may have got corrupted this can be one of the causes or a possible software added can also do this to windows depends.

What we can do is as soon as you power the system on keep on tapping F8, this should show you options like Safemode, Safemode with Networking things like I said once you see this windows or page select safemode then press enter.

Hopefully it boots in Safemode if it does then you can do a system restore on the machine to restore it at least to adat when it was working properly.

System restore can be found by Clicking on Start, then All prgorams, Accessories, then system Tools you will see system restore this will give you the option to restore back to an earlier time and date.

If the compute does not boot into Safemode then most probably you will need to get a windows recovery disc for the re installation of windows.
