seems someone locked the Tv while you werent looking. I suggest calling the manufacturer and asking them how to reset the password to the tv. hope this helps

pixel are come from the screen panel. All LCD TV have these pixel and some do shows and some don't. Also depending quality of the screen panel. (These should be counted panel defective) according the information through the LCD factory.

There is more than one problem with. A it could be the main board that finally gave out. B the power board in your TV is not work, and now you can see a picture. Depending on how it's connect the screen could be burn out. but just what type of light comes on when you try to turn it on. if the green light comes on and stay on then it has to do with the picture not the power if you need help narrowing down the problem you can call 226-2211 My E Discounts. I do not have power supplies for sale, I repair them. It seems that is not easy to find service parts as the manufacturers of these LCD do not manufacture new assemblies for servicing.

Fixing the internal power no problem depending the power board it's burn or not. second thing is your LTV-32HBG TV with one HDMI connection or two HDMI connection? i need help getting my astar flat screen tv to power on. the blue light is on in the center of the tv

there is a button on and off press it a few times it goes to tv,video, video2 , ect. may try that mine came on video2 which is the tv picture.
