I purchased a PowerShot A50 online at Ebay and it did not come with the original software disk "PowerShot A50 Solutions disk" and I have not had any luck obtaining it online anywhere. Can you help?

call microsoft 132058 to check your key no. if ebay purchase chances are your may be dubbed as copies look very original. check ya disk, if it has a raised "stick on" appearance it will be a dud.
also ?? go to microsoft site, and download/do a repair, quote ya key there as asked for?? hope this helps.
No need to attention for it,just go on ,I have happen to this problem like this for several model of cameras,but it is just a OS mislead error sometime.By the way,confirm your battery for Canon PowerShot A570 IS is installed.
