Hi there Error 41 means there is a major problem with the printhead, usually requires a print head replacement. My advice is to take it to a Brother service centre while if it is under warranty. If it's out of warranty they are usually a throw away job, the heads cost as much as the printer. Sorry I know what it feels like, just have a go and see what you can do, clean the heads and so on.
