When the battery is fully charged it should turn on without being plugged in. Charge it for 4 hours on the car charger or for 8 hours through a computer. There's no reset button on most garmin satnavs. To reset it you press the bottom right corner, when the satnav is turned off, and press and hold the on button until is asks you if you really want to reset it. It takes about 20 seconds to ask you.

After getting error code 0xc19a0035 and following the HP recomendation of unpluging the printer from the back and the wall outlet, then plugging it back in, the printer just cycles on and off while trying...

That is a ink system failure error. followed the Ts steps on the link. If still unresolved then you might need to change printheads.

Perform a power reset of the All-in-One

1. Press the Power button to turn off the product.
NOTE: The product might not turn off after pressing the Power button. Continue to the next step regardless
2. Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.
3. Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
4. Wait 30 seconds.
5. Reconnect the power cord to the electrical outlet.
6. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.
7. Press the Power button to turn on the product.

If issue still persists then please perform a partial reset on your unit. Please follow the instructions given below to perform a partial reset on your unit.

NOTE: A partial reset resets the following settings:
· All user menu settings are reset to the default values.
· All telephony parameter values are reset to the default values.
· Country and language user interface is reset to the default values.
· Fax memory is cleared.

Performing a partial reset of the All-in-One
