The slot in the back is for individually bought cartridge games. the one on the top is for nintendo ds games, and the bottom slot is for gameboy advance games.

I just bought a moxie girls ds game for my 3ds why wont it work? What can I do to make it work?

If it does not work, I suggest taking it back to the place of purchase or contacting nintendo. It may be that the game is broken - you should receive a replacement game for free.

It starts up fine but when i press start the screen dims and just stays black and is unresponsive

If other games work on you ds, then that game must be defected.

You can take it back to the store you bought it ,if they will take it back, and get a new one.

If they wont take the game back you can tell nintendo what the problem is and ask if they will give you a new one. They most likely will.

There is one other possibility: If you bought the game used, the person before you could have been a hacker and used an action replay (it gives you hacks and cheet codes to basicly make the game easier). They could have broken it and sold it for their benifit.

I need a manual book or print out for nintendo ds

Take it back to the place you bought it and ask for one, or go to the nearest Gamestop or used game store and ask them. They are usually very generous about things like that. If they refuse, buy a used game from them and ask if you can have a free manual to go with it, they will definitely say yes then.

Bought wii today. purchase console with 2 other games including sports that comes with it. mario and sonic game does not work. cleaned it still not working. as in your manual you advise that the wii...

First ensure you placed the game in the proper way, and that cables etc. are ok.

If both games do not work, take it at any nintendo shop, possibly the one you bought it , or an authorized Nintendo reseller, and test more games in there.

If the wii does not read any other game then the wii need replacement, being still under guaranty you will get a new one.
