Hello, On the projector you will see 2 buttons for adjusting the brightness, with the projector on press both the brightness up and down at the same time. Hold them both pressed for 10 seconds. This will reset the lamp timer.
You have to follow the manual reset instructions in the user manual. Something like press and hold both brightness buttons for 10 seconds. See the manual.
