I have the same model and also had a problem with the door not opening. The cable from the door latch goes to a clutch that prevents the door from opening while the motor is spinning. In my case, adjusting the clutch fixed the problem (adjust it while the machine is running). The problem could also be where the cable attaches to the door interlock, in the interlock device, or in the cable itself (bent, broken...). The interlock also prevents the door from opening when there is water in the drum.
Good luck.

Good luck

I have a creda excel 1200 the other day the water started to come out of the door and it tripped the electric, anyway i now managed to drain some of the water out of the machine but now its still tripping...

Remove back from machine, dissconnect motor plug from motor, then turn machine on, if electric trips then you know motor is ok so place plug back into it, then do pump, and so on untile something is disconnected and fuse wont trip. Make sure you do not have machine connected to power supply while removing wires, also that wires do not come into contact with anything when disconnected. And dont remove Any earth wires

The hinge of the washing machine has broken - Creda W100FW

The door hinge block has fallen inside the front of the washer. To retieve it, tilt the washer back, and you should find it at the left hand side.
Remove all screws securing 2 parts of door together, prise apart with a screwdriver or similar, and the door will come apart.
You can now access the hinge and all other partsd inside the door.
Trust this helps.
Thankyou.

Creda 120vw washing machine fuse changed still no life

You start looking from the power plug, down to the power-cord. The power point in the wall, (plug in something else to check power), the pause switch on the machine, any lights on the machine? Did you open the door to get the clothes out?..........

Careful when the power is on & the top off.........

Washing machine creda front loader

I had the same Problem on a 17112e Creda, I took the top off and using a torch located the red plastic door release mechanism, I then pressed a white button in the centre of it and the door released. I believe that the washing machine was overloaded and auto cut out. I reloaded the machine with fewer items and it is now working.
