The model number would be helpful in determining exactly which card you have but, s-video should certainly work and they also make an adaptor that converts s-video to component video if that's something that you want. You will have to, if you haven't already, get into "control panel" and then get into "personalization". There you should see your two monitors. Here you can adjust your resoulution. You will also have to check in "device manager", click on the box(on right) next to "monitors", it should show your 2 monitors. Right click on each, one at a time, and in the dropdownlist you should see "disable" if you see "enable" click on that and exit. If you see any warnings, !, ?, or a yellow triangle, click on thta and follow proceedure. You may also want to click on the box next to "display adaptors" and check for warnings, right click on and make sure it' also says "disable" in list with both monitors connected.

I want galaxy graphic card drivers

You do not need specific 'Galaxy' drivers. You need the right NVIDIA drivers.
Go to http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
and type in on the page: Geforce, Geforce 8 Series, GeForce 8400GS,
Your used Operating System, Your used/wanted language and download.

About geforce 8400gs gen2 tc1g 64bit ddr2, it is okey to run in window7 32bit. i already install and run but only read 512mb.

There should be no reason why this card won't work with Windows 7 32bit, it could be as simple as your Graphics drivers are out of date. I recommend downloading the latest Windows 7 drivers for your card at the Nvidia website.

Just remember graphics RAM and SDRAM are two completely different things so they don't add up.
As far as I know the 8400GS is a 256MB card.

Installed GEForce NVidia 8400GS graphic card but no video output. Onboard and other video cards will work. The 8400GS will work in other desktops correctly. Any help would be graet!

Assuming that you have installed the drivers for your new board, go into Control Panel, select Device manager and Display Adapters.
Dissable the onboard adapter and enable the NVidia card.

We have install the nvidiageforce8400 driver during installation showing scatterd display on the lcd what i can do for that

That can not be the right driver for your video card. I suggest you roll back to its previous driver. Look for the latest version of the driver for your video card.

Problems with 8400GS graphics card

First, you need to be sure you have installed the correct drivers for the card that corresponds to your OS.

Second, you need to go into the control panel (assuming you are running Windows of course) and tell the computer you now have a new graphics card installed and to use it instead of the default one detected when the OS was installed.

Reattach the monitor to the GeForce card and reboot. All should be OK.
