My curser is stuck on my mini hp laptop. it seems to be locked up.

You can usually get a machine out of hypernation by pressing the power switch. Does this work?

Best solution is to visit http://www.unlockbiosrecovery.com/Unlock_HP_Bios.php
and order your HP Mini Bios Master Password for only $20 which will clear any currently set bios password. They do most laptops and have a phone number where nice tech support help you unlock your laptop.

Remove the cmos battery for 5 - 10 minutes. That will reset all data in the bios.

Update the driver of your laptops touchpad.

ur keyboard mouse is locked look where the f1,f2,f3,keys are and find the mouse lock key when u locate it then pressand hold ur FN KEY (usually on bottom left on key board ) and the mouse key to unlock

sounds like you have something stuck on your touchpad controller.

You could plug in an external mouse and try to shut off your touchpad while putting pressure on the case long enough to get to mouse file in your control panel folder.

You will probably have to take the cover off and look for stuck switches or maybe something spilled on the touchpad itself that is gumming things up.
