I'm trying to use my web cam after install the hardware you provided me and paid for it and did the test and only get audio, plus I can't download the installation software from my desktop. Benn at this for 3 hours HELP

solution for XP users.
Use the medion driver (MD85081). go to their support pages and search for "webcam". http://www.medion.co.uk/
Once the driver is downloaded, remove the camera if connected.
DON'T CONNECT THE CAMERA BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE!
Extract the software (default is c:/Medion folder),
Install the software.
Now you can connect the camera and it will acknowledge it.
Use the start/PC-30/Amcam program to test it. (use Amcam/Devices menu to select the camera)

i lost my logitech quickcam express installation disk, so now i m not able to use it as a webcam,plz help me get through this.i have searched for its drivers but no reliable link was found.so i need ur help,plz help me as soon as possible.

If I understand correct that you have a Logitech QuickCam Express, then you can download the software from here.

Otherwise go here and choose your webcam from the list.
