How can i install window xp on my apple mac book

First check wether the sound is appearing on mac or not.If it is on Mac then Re install the Boot Camp drive in windown XP which comes with your Mac O s installation media.issue will be solved

you sould find on mac os x disk 1 or 2 .after installing windows ,start windows insert disk 1 of mac os x it automatically detectthe drivers and install them . if sound not coming after that then install the drivers generaaly used in windows they work fine. hope it will help you. so rate this article plz

Try getting the latest version of bootcamp again, and making sure you create the driver cd it asks you to create during the install.

This part is critical as it installs the software needed for your keyboard and mouse to be recognised by windows xp.

When youre running windows XP on a Macbook, you should install the Bootcamptools from the original Mac OSX Leopard DVD. This installs all the components of your Macbook including graphics, Bluetooth and of course the iSight =)

The drivers for XP are on the official OS X Leopard DVD. Install this when running XP and then run the Apple Drivers Set up on the disk.

Push and hold "alt" or "option" on start up. It will bring up 2 folders, mac and windows. click mac to go back into that drive. Go to system prefs, then to drives and make your mac you primary drive so it defaults into mac on startup.

one. A PowerPC iBook like yours can only install Windows XP through emulation. This means that Mac OS X has to be installed to run the emulator.
