The problem might be with stuck
'pins' in the head. Pins stuck due to clogged ink. 1) Wait until the print head is
cool if you have been printing. 2) Place a drop of Isopropyl
Alcohol on the front of print head (where the pins are located). 3) Wipe the head with a swab.
If the swab becomes dirty, it indicates there is dirt, mainly clogged ink. Use
a new swab to clean. 4) Start printing something
immediately and check.
