I agree with previous answer but would add the following:
1. As both cabs are prewired there shouldn't be an out-of-phase situation unless wired incorrectly internally (it has been known!).
2. The Eden 1x12 XLT cab is not highly rated for its handling of bottom-end frequencies - I used to use a 2x10 or 2x10 plus 1x15. Both configurations sounded excellent, the latter would loosen molars :)
3. It's more likely to be an impedance mismatch - check the impedance (usually on the rear) of each cab. The Eden's outputs are wired in parallel. If you will only be using one cabinet, a 4 Ohm model will draw the most current from your amplifier. If you will generally be using two cabinets, they should be 8 Ohm models so their combined impedance will be 4 ohms.
4. Use good cables as cheap cables can lose tone.

Swap speakers to compare that the second speaker by itself is the same as the first. Next thing is to verify the phase. If the speakers are at different distances from the listener, phase cancellation may be occuring.
